Martin Gill

President

Martin Gill joined Reveal Insurance Group with a shared vision of working with closely held companies and successful families to deliver service, strategy and results. Martin began his insurance career as a producer with MHBT in 2011, and has learned the agency business from the ground up.

Martin is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney college, in Virginia, where he received a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Spanish. Martin is married to a Park Cities native, has two high school age boys, and attends Park Cities Presbyterian Church. He loves the out of doors: hunting, fishing, shooting, biking, and motor sports.  Martin is fluent in Spanish and lived in Costa Rica for over 7 years.

Carmen Pou

Chief Operating Officer

Carmen Pou founded Reveal Insurance Group in 2015 with a vision for helping families and businesses efficiently and effectively navigate their insurance needs. In her role as COO, Carmen manages the day to day operations and accounting for Reveal. 

 Carmen is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she received a B.A. in Psychology.  While working in San Francisco in the early 2000’s, she met her husband, Lathram, and moved to his hometown of University Park in 2003.  Carmen and Lathram have two children and attend Highland Park Presbyterian Church.  Surrounded by both of their families, they love raising their children in this incredible community. In their free time, they enjoy spending time at their ranch, fishing, hiking, hunting and boating.
